By taking the necessary precautionary and safety measures and strictly following the guidance of the competent public authorities, we ensure a safe environment for both parties: our team and our customers.
At Empire Axxis Travel, we are closely following and observing the new information regarding the spread of Covid-19 and following the advice of the World Health Organization and local public authorities, in order to implement a more effective protocol, enforce safety measures and strictly comply with procedures to stop the spread of the virus.
Since we provide car rental services, cleanliness is a priority, and in the current context, we have taken additional hygiene measures, both for auto vehicles and for the premises in which we operate.
Our cars are disinfected. Each car goes through a decontamination process and is thoroughly cleaned after each rental.
We provide protective equipment to our team, and our employees facing health problems stay at home. Team members are trained to comply with the new safety rules and regulations.
